We are seeking a motivated and experienced Construction Site Coordinator to join our team in Mangalore City. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, with a proven ability to manage and coordinate site activities effectively. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating day-to-day operations at the construction site, ensuring availability of all materials and equipment, supervising on-site labor and subcontractors, monitoring project progress, and maintaining safety protocols and compliance with regulations. Effective communication with the site team and management is crucial for the success of this role. To be successful in this position, you should have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in the construction industry, strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure, and basic knowledge of construction processes and procedures.
