Job Description

As an HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day HR operations and ensuring a positive workplace environment. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in day-to-day HR operations such as attendance management, leave records, and addressing employee queries. - Supporting the recruitment process by posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. - Maintaining employee records and HR databases for smooth operations. - Assisting in the onboarding and induction process of new employees. - Handling administrative tasks including office supplies, vendor coordination, and documentation. - Supporting the planning and execution of employee engagement activities. - Assisting in preparing HR-related reports and MIS for effective decision-making. - Ensuring smooth office operations to contribute to a positive work culture. Key skills required for this role: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees. - Basic knowledge of HR processes and administration to support daily operations. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and data management. - Good organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various tasks efficiently. - Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills and processes. - Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail for accurate execution of tasks. In this role, your performance will be measured based on the following Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): - Timely and accurate maintenance of attendance and HR records. - Smooth coordination of interviews and onboarding processes for new employees. - Responsiveness to employee queries and providing administrative support. - Effective execution of employee engagement activities to boost morale. - Accuracy in reporting and documentation for decision-making. - Contribution to maintaining a positive and productive work culture for all employees.
