Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Daily cleaning and upkeep of office premises, cabins, workstations, meeting rooms, reception, pantry, washrooms, and common areas.
Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal as per office schedule.
Assist in serving tea/coffee, refreshments, and water to staff, management, and guests.
Handle office pantry – cleaning utensils, maintaining stock of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water bottles, etc.
Maintain hygiene standards across the workplace (washrooms, pantry, workstations).
Assist during meetings – arranging refreshments, stationery, setting up meeting rooms.
Report any maintenance issues (electric, plumbing, furniture, equipment) to Manager.
Ensure grooming standards – neat uniform, personal hygiene, and polite behavior.
Provide support to staff and management as required.

Requirements
*

1–3 years of experience in housekeeping/assistant role preferred.
Knowledge of cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, and use of cleaning equipment.
Polite, disciplined, punctual, and trustworthy.
Ability to handle multiple tasks as per instructions.

Salary: As per company norms.
