Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Executive to manage day-today administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.), and possess excellent coordination and communication skills. The role will involve handling courier services, documentation, office coordination, and providing overall administrative support to ensure smooth business operations. Key Responsibilities  Manage day-to-day office administration, including documentation, filing, and record keeping.  Handle incoming and outgoing couriers, mails, and packages efficiently.  Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and spreadsheets using MS Office tools (Excel, PPT, Word).  Assist in preparing MIS reports, presentations, and other management-related documents.  Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for smooth workflow.  Support in organizing meetings, schedules, and office events.  Monitor office supplies and ensure timely procurement.  Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure proper data management.  Provide general administrative support to the team as required. Key Skills & Requirements  Graduate in any discipline.  Minimum 1–3 years of experience in administration or a similar role.  Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.  Strong organizational and coordination skills.  Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented.
