Housekeeping

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential or commercial spaces, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and guests. This role requires a strong commitment to sanitation, customer service, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
• Handle laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
• Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and requests promptly
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and equipment is maintained in good working order
• Assist with cooking or meal preparation when required
• Uphold high standards of sanitation and hygiene in all cleaning tasks
• Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently to ensure timely completion of duties

Qualifications

• Previous experience in residential cleaning, janitorial services, or hotel housekeeping preferred
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and sanitation practices
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Experience in floor care and carpet cleaning is a plus
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• Attention to detail with a strong work ethic and reliability
• Prior experience in housekeeping management or commercial cleaning is advantageous
