Job Description

As a housekeeping supervisor, your role involves maintaining the cleanliness of the hotel/backpacker hostel, including rooms, lobbies, public areas, restaurants, and all spaces to ensure the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and service as per company guidelines. Your responsibilities will include: - Understanding the hospitality/hotel industry with extensive work experience - Understanding the company's operational standards and managing a hotel under a brand network - Familiarity with cleaning and sanitization procedures and timely cleaning, sanitization, and preparation of spaces for incoming guests - Maintaining cleanliness of public areas like lobbies, restaurants, restrooms, receptions, etc. - Knowledge of various cleaning agents, equipment, materials, supplies, etc. - Reporting maintenance and safety issues promptly - Adhering to health, safety regulations, and sanitation policies - Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with SOPs - Coordinating with the front desk and kitchen departments - Managing operational quality with attention to detail on infrastructure, services, and operations to ensure high service quality - Handling and resolving escalations and grievances effectively Additionally, the job offers benefits such as food, health insurance, and Provident Fund.
