Mandatory Requirement: Must have experience with IDS SOFTWARE Smooth check in check out process Position Title: Front Office Executive Employment Type: Full-Time (Rotational Shifts) Location: Deoghar Jharkhand 814112 Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and professional Front Office Executive to manage guest services, operate hotel software, conduct night audits, and generate accurate reports. The ideal candidate will have excellent grooming standards, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle guest interactions efficiently while maintaining a welcoming and professional demeanor. 1. Guest Services & Handling: Welcome and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and queries. Handle guest concerns and ensure a seamless experience. Maintain a high standard of grooming and hospitality to represent the hotel’s brand. 2. Hotel Software Management: Update guest details, reservations, and room statuses accurately in the system. Ensure smooth functioning of software systems during shift operations. Proficient in hotel software IDS, Key Competencies: Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and reporting tools. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
