Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage 80-100 housekeeping staff across client sites.
  • Plan daily deployment, ensure discipline, attendance, and task completion.
  • Monitor housekeeping operations to meet client SLAs.
  • Conduct site inspections for cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
  • Coordinate with store managers and teams for staffing and operations.
  • Suggest and implement better cleaning methods and tools.
  • Track KPIs: audits, client feedback, and cost control.
  • Prepare and share performance and audit reports.
  • Maintain duty rosters, inventory, and compliance records.
  • Ensure safety, hygiene, and facility regulations are followed.
  • Travel within specific city for supervision and client coordination.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors/Diploma (Hotel/Facility Management preferred).
  • 2-5 years housekeeping/facility management experience (retail/malls preferred).
  • Strong team management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office; able to manage multiple sites independently.
  • Valid driving license with own 2-wheeler; willing to travel within city.
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
