Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage 80-100 housekeeping staff across client sites.
Plan daily deployment, ensure discipline, attendance, and task completion.
Monitor housekeeping operations to meet client SLAs.
Conduct site inspections for cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
Coordinate with store managers and teams for staffing and operations.
Suggest and implement better cleaning methods and tools.
Track KPIs: audits, client feedback, and cost control.
Prepare and share performance and audit reports.
Maintain duty rosters, inventory, and compliance records.
Ensure safety, hygiene, and facility regulations are followed.
Travel within specific city for supervision and client coordination.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors/Diploma (Hotel/Facility Management preferred).
2-5 years housekeeping/facility management experience (retail/malls preferred).
Strong team management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office; able to manage multiple sites independently.
Valid driving license with own 2-wheeler; willing to travel within city.
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
