The Chef De Partie will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes within their speciality. They will manage and train any demi-chef de parties or commis working with them. They will also help the sous chef and head chef to develop new dishes and menus, and ensure that the highest standards of food hygiene and health and safety are maintained in the kitchen.
