Housekeeping Supervisor/ Manager

Olga Resorts is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager to lead our housekeeping team and ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the property. The ideal candidate will play a key role in creating a comfortable and pleasant experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, including room cleaning, linen management, and public area maintenance.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality and cleanliness standards are consistently met.
• Train, schedule, and monitor housekeeping staff to maintain efficiency and professionalism.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities; place orders as needed.
• Address guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate with the front office and maintenance teams for smooth daily operations.
• Prepare housekeeping reports and assist in staff performance evaluations.
