Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Room Attendant located in the Middle East Countries (Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia). The Housekeeping Room Attendant will be responsible for ensuring cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas, providing excellent customer service, handling laundry tasks, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness in all assigned areas. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to ensure a pleasant experience for guests.

Qualifications

• Skills in Housekeeping and cleaning rooms
• Experience in handling laundry tasks
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Degree and Diploma is an advantage
