About the Role: Housekeeping Associate

Reporting To:

Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Summary:

We're seeking a reliable and meticulous Housekeeping Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure all assigned areas are clean, sanitized, and organized to meet our high standards.

Responsibilities:

- Perform various cleaning activities (sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, polishing)

- Clean and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and furniture

- Clean and restock restrooms and bathrooms

- Make beds, change linens, and replenish supplies

- Empty and dispose of trash, waste, and recycling materials

- Manage housekeeping cart and supplies

- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or property damage

- Handle guest requests with professionalism and patience

- Follow health and safety regulations

Requirements and Skills:

- Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper (beneficial but not required)

- Ability to work independently and maintain high performance

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Excellent attention to detail and high cleanliness standards

- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods

- Trustworthy and honest demeanor

- Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemical products

Vacancy: 3 positions (Male/Female)

Salary Package: ₹1,68,000 - ₹2,40,000 per annum

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Required)
