Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management: Direct daily cleaning, laundry, and waste disposal (including biomedical waste), ensuring high standards in all hospital areas.
Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, supervise, and evaluate housekeeping teams.
Hygiene & Safety: Implement and enforce infection control protocols, monitor COSHH/safety compliance, and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
Inventory & Budget: Manage cleaning supplies, equipment inventory, and departmental budgets.
Interdepartmental Coordination: Liaise with Nursing, Facilities, and Administration to address needs and resolve issues.
Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections, identify maintenance needs, and resolve complaints.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
