Job Description

Verifies timely communication of guest room status to the Front Desk.
Inspects guestrooms daily to ensure cleanliness and standards.
Prepares work assignments based on check-outs and immediate clean-up needs.
Conducts inventory checks to verify adequate housekeeping supplies.
Supervises and supports inspection programs for all guestrooms and public spaces.
Manages housekeeping operations to align with overall property financial goals.
Ensures all employees are equipped with proper supplies, uniforms, and tools.
Communicates areas needing attention and follows up to ensure understanding.
Oversees daily shift operations, ensuring adherence to housekeeping policies and procedures.
Participates in departmental meetings to communicate goals and drive results.
Trains new room attendants using on-the-job tools and provides follow-up training.
Maintains open, collaborative relationships with team members.
Schedules staff according to business needs and monitors attendance.
Ensures employees understand job expectations and operational boundaries.
Administers property policies consistently, including disciplinary processes per SOPs and LSOPs.
Supervises staffing levels to meet guest satisfaction and financial performance objectives.
