Housekeeping & Facilities Manager

You will be responsible for managing the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities at Satopradhan Private Limited. Your duties will include overseeing housekeeping tasks, monitoring facility areas, managing stock of cleaning materials, and coordinating with vendors. Additionally, you will supervise housekeeping staff, handle facilities management, and ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained across the premises. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, dusting, and sanitation - Ensure all facility areas are well-maintained, including the office, washrooms, store, and surroundings - Monitor stock and supply of housekeeping materials and cleaning equipment - Handle facilities management like lighting, repairs, and minor plumbing or electrical issues - Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure timely execution of duties - Assist with logistics, maintenance calls, and vendor coordination - Support pantry management, waste management, and property upkeep Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in housekeeping supervision or facilities management - Active, disciplined, and responsible individual - Knowledge of facility operations and cleanliness standards - Must be based in or near Amritsar At Satopradhan Private Limited, you will benefit from a positive and peaceful work culture, no partiality or bossy behavior, a learning environment, performance-based growth, paid leaves (CL, ML, EL) & holidays, overtime paid, ESI, and annual increments.
