Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations for rooms and public areas.
• Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and common areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
• Manage laundry operations and inventory of cleaning supplies and linen.
• Prepare housekeeping schedules and duty rosters.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance teams for timely room readiness.
• Train and monitor housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques, hygiene, and guest service.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain housekeeping records, reports, and stock registers.
  

Requirements

Education:

• Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management or equivalent.
  

Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in housekeeping operations, preferably in hotels, resorts, or serviced apartments.
  

Skills & Attributes:

• Strong understanding of housekeeping standards and SOPs.
• Leadership and team supervision abilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and order.
• Good communication and guest service skills.
• Basic computer knowledge for report management.
