Role & responsibilities

  • Executive Facility (Functional Area Dept Growth, Outsource Service Management, Hospital Keys Management, Transport Car Pool Management, Facility Safety & Security, Problem-Solving, Policy, Resource Optimization and Coordination)
  • Ownership of Department Metrics, Customer Issues Resolution, Car Pool, Parking & Vehicle Flow Management, Doctors Vehicle Keys Management, Hospital Vehicle Management, Vehicle License, Insurance & FC Management, Crisis Management, Crowd Management, Revenue, Cost Saving, Customer Satisfaction, Materials Movement Management, Hospital Furniture Management, NABH Documentation &Compliance
  • Accountable for Day-to-Day Operations, Manpower Deployment, Front Parking Flow, Oxygen Filling, Intimation of MLC Cases, Process, Outcome, SLA Adherence, Assets Management, Audit Facility & Furniture, Retention, Training, Fuel Consumption, Records Maintenance, Contract Workers Orientation, Assist Safety Officer & Quality in Safety and Codes Training
  • Daily Hospital Rounds and Addressing Facility & Safety Issues, Security Roll Call, Internal & External Cleanliness, Manpower Allotment at Respective Areas and Attendance Vs Actual Attendees, Materials Entry & Exit Recording, Parking Flow, Waste Disposal, Construction Area Safety Check
  • Daily Meetings with Reporting Head on Operational Issues, Extra Attender Stay, Hospital Codes Issue, Material Missed Entries and Escalate Critical Issues
  • Responds to Emergency Situation and Alert On Ground Teams
  • Weekly Training to Housekeeping, Security and Transport Team
  • Monthly Four Night Visits to Monitor Productivity
  • Participation in Monthly Outsource Service Departments Review and Statutory Compliance
  • Preparation of Outsource Bills on Time
  • Participation in Monthly Performance Review of Internal Team

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience : 2- 5 years
