You are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and hygiene of guest rooms and common areas. Your key responsibilities include: - Clean and sanitize bedrooms, bathrooms, and shared spaces daily. - Dust, vacuum, mop floors, and deep clean when required. - Manage laundry operations washing, drying, ironing, and stocking linens. - Restock toiletries, cleaning products, and monitor supply inventory. - Report maintenance issues, lost items, or property damage promptly. - Adhere to health and safety standards and company policies. - Provide courteous service and maintain positive guest relations. - Collaborate effectively with housekeeping teams. The qualifications required for this role are: - Bachelors degree (minimum). - Proficiency in at least two languages (English, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil). - Prior Experience in a relevant field.
