Role Description

We’re looking for a Professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the face of our organization (Saravana Grand Suites, Kochi, Kerala) — someone who can create a warm first impression, handle front office operations efficiently, and provide exceptional service to our guests and clients.

What You’ll Do:

✨ Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and care

📞 Manage calls, appointments, and correspondence

🗂️ Support daily administrative and clerical tasks

📬 Maintain an organized, welcoming reception area

🤝 Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification

✅ Prior experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or Administrative Assistant

✅ Strong communication and multitasking skills

✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

✅ Familiarity with a relevant software, ortez, is a strong plus!

✅ Ability to speak at least two languages (English, Hindi, Tamil, or Malayalam)
