Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Supervise and coordinate the housekeeping team to ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
• Perform routine inspections of rooms, hallways, and other resort areas to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance.
• Ensure inventory control of housekeeping supplies and report stock levels for replenishment.
• Handle guest requests and resolve any housekeeping-related issues promptly and professionally.
• Train and guide housekeeping staff, promoting team spirit and a positive work environment.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Executive or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of housekeeping standards, practices, and safety protocols.

Requirements:
