Housekeeping Associate

We are looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated Housekeeping Associate to maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of guest rooms and related areas. The role ensures that guests enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay through high standards of housekeeping service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards.
• Change bed linens, replace towels, replenish guest amenities, and maintain room supplies.
• Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and ensure surfaces are spotless.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the supervisor.
• Follow proper procedures for handling guest belongings and lost-and-found items.
• Ensure trolleys, cleaning equipment, and chemicals are used safely and stored properly.
• Follow health, hygiene, and safety guidelines at all times.
• Greet guests politely and respond to any housekeeping-related requests promptly.
• Assist in cleaning public areas when required.

Requirements:

• Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (hotel experience is an advantage).
• Physically fit to handle cleaning tasks.
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment, tools, and chemicals.
• Ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision.
• Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Basic communication skills in English or local language.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
