Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Associate located in Almora. The Housekeeping Associate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and common areas, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and presentation. Daily tasks include making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, replenishing supplies, and addressing guest requests. The associate will also communicate with the front desk and other departments to manage services and ensure guest satisfaction.

• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in housekeeping or related field preferred
• Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and materials
• Customer service orientation
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent
