Housekeeping Associate

You will be responsible for cleaning and tidying up hotel rooms, hallways, elevators, lobbies, common areas, fitness and business centers, and restaurants. This includes dusting and polishing various surfaces and furniture, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors, emptying trash bins, changing linens and towels, and replacing toiletries. To ensure guest satisfaction, you will promptly address guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping, monitoring feedback and taking corrective action when necessary. You will also collaborate with the maintenance department to ensure that all facilities, fixtures, and equipment are well-maintained and in good working order. Developing and implementing cleaning procedures, checklists, and schedules to ensure efficient room turnovers and cleaning processes will be part of your responsibilities. You will also train and enforce proper housekeeping techniques and best practices. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper handling of chemicals, waste disposal, and fire safety measures, will be crucial. You will implement and monitor safety and security protocols for both staff and guests, promoting eco-friendly housekeeping practices such as energy conservation and recycling programs. Maintaining accurate records of inventory, maintenance activities, room status, and guest requests will be required. Additionally, you will prepare regular reports for the general manager or higher management. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, provided food, and provident fund. The schedule may involve day shifts, morning shifts, night shifts, or rotational shifts. Performance bonuses may be provided based on your work.
