Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Housekeeping Assistant Manager HOD at our Bharuch location. The role involves supervising daily housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness and standards in both guest and public areas, and maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing laundry services, monitoring inventory, training housekeeping staff, and coordinating with other departments to address guest needs. Additionally, the role requires maintaining adherence to organizational policies and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Laundry management and operational oversight
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to enhance guest experiences
• Excellent Organization Skills for managing staff schedules, inventory, and workflows
• Experience in Training housekeeping teams to meet organizational standards
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and resolve issues efficiently
• Previous housekeeping experience in hospitality settings is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field is advantageous
