Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bharuch for the position of Housekeeping Assistant Manager (HOD). Responsibilities include overseeing daily housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness standards, managing the laundry services, and maintaining organized workflows. The role also involves supervising and training housekeeping staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and coordinating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include monitoring inventory and supplies and addressing guest requests efficiently while adhering to the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in managing laundry operations and ensuring high-quality services
• Strong communication skills and ability to deliver excellent customer service
• Excellent organizational skills to oversee housekeeping workflows and inventory management
• Experience in staff supervision and the ability to provide effective training
• Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards and addressing guest needs
• Prior experience in the hospitality or hotel industry is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• A diploma or degree in hotel management or equivalent field is advantageous
