Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Room Duties:

Clean, arrange, and maintain guest rooms as per hotel/resort standards.
Change linens, make beds, dust, vacuum, and replenish guest amenities.
Ensure bathrooms are sanitized, towels replaced, and toiletries stocked.
Report maintenance issues, lost & found items, or safety hazards to the supervisor.

Public Area Duties:

Clean and maintain lobbies, corridors, restaurants, banquet halls, and other public spaces.
Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in common areas.

Operational Duties:

Follow daily housekeeping schedules and assignments.
Handle cleaning equipment, chemicals, and supplies responsibly.
Adhere to safety and hygiene guidelines as per hotel policy.
Assist with laundry operations if required.
Respond to guest requests and provide prompt, courteous service.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Attention to detail and cleanliness.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Customer service orientation with a positive attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
