Role Overview:
The housekeeping staff is responsible for maintaining a clean, hygienic, and safe environment in the dental clinic. This includes cleaning and disinfecting all clinical and non-clinical areas, managing waste as per biomedical standards, and ensuring that the clinic is presentable and patient-friendly at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and disinfect floors, chairs, and surfaces in all operatories, waiting area, and toilets.
Empty and replace waste bins as per color-coded biomedical waste segregation.
Refill hand sanitizers, soap dispensers, tissue rolls, and maintain stock of cleaning supplies.
Clean toys, chairs, and high-touch surfaces in the waiting area.
Follow infection-control protocols strictly and maintain hygiene standards.
Report any repair or maintenance issues to the clinic manager/dentist immediately.
