House keeping Supervisor

As a Housekeeping Supervisor at the Leading Hospital in Madurai, your role involves overseeing and directing the housekeeping staff to ensure efficient cleaning and maintenance of the facility. You will be responsible for developing and implementing cleaning schedules, conducting regular inspections, managing inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, as well as training new and existing staff on cleaning procedures and safety protocols. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and direct housekeeping staff for efficient cleaning and maintenance. - Develop and implement cleaning schedules to maintain high standards. - Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met. - Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. - Train new and existing staff on cleaning procedures and safety protocols. - Ensure adherence to safety protocols and report any security incidents. - Address customer complaints promptly and professionally. Qualification Required: - Bsc Hospital or Diploma in Hotel Management. - Minimum 5 years of experience in the Hotel or Hospital industry.
