Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and direct housekeeping staff to ensure efficient cleaning and maintenance of the facility.

Cleaning Schedules: Develop and implement cleaning schedules to ensure all areas are cleaned and maintained to high standards.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleaning and maintenance meet quality standards.

Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.

Train new staff members and provide ongoing training to existing staff on cleaning procedures and safety protocols.

Ensure all safety protocols are followed, and report any security breaches or incidents.

Respond to customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
