Role Overview: As a member of the housekeeping team, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas in accordance with hotel standards. You will also be expected to provide excellent guest service, perform room checks, manage stocking and inventory, adhere to compliance and safety protocols, and collaborate with other team members and departments. Key Responsibilities: - Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas following hotel standards. - Make beds, change linens, and replenish guest amenities such as towels, toiletries, and water bottles. - Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, dust furniture, and sanitize high-touch areas. - Greet guests courteously, respond to guest requests, handle lost and found items, and respect guest privacy. - Check rooms for items left behind, inspect room setup and cleanliness, record cleaning activities, and inform the front desk once a room is ready for check-in. - Ensure housekeeping trolleys are fully stocked, restock linen closets and housekeeping carts, and report inventory shortages. - Follow hotel procedures, safety protocols, health, hygiene, and sanitation standards, wear proper uniform, and maintain personal grooming. - Cooperate with other housekeeping staff and departments, attend daily briefings and training sessions, and support deep cleaning tasks or special projects.
