Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Receptionist, located in North Goa. The Hotel Receptionist will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests, managing reservations, addressing inquiries, and ensuring an excellent guest experience. Daily tasks include managing the front desk area, answering phones, checking guests in and out, and supporting overall hotel operations as required.

Qualifications

Strong Receptionist Duties and Reservations management skills
Excellent Interpersonal Skills, including a guest-centered approach
Effective Communication and professional Phone Etiquette
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in office and hospitality management software is a plus
Prior experience in the hospitality industry or customer service is beneficial
