Hotel Receptionist (MALE)

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Services: Greet, welcome, and check-in/out guests, assigning rooms and providing keys.
• Reservations: Manage bookings, cancellations, and modifications via phone, email, or online systems.
• Information & Concierge: Answer inquiries about hotel facilities, services, local attractions, transport, and book taxis/tickets.
• Communication: Handle incoming/outgoing calls, messages, and emails professionally.
• Financials: Process payments (cash, card), manage bills, and handle cash.
• Coordination: Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready and issues are resolved.
• Problem Solving: Address guest complaints and requests promptly and professionally.
• Administration: Maintain guest records, data entry, and keep the front desk area clean and organized.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Skills: Strong customer service, communication (verbal & written), multitasking, attention to detail, problem-solving, professional demeanor, computer proficiency (hotel software).
• Qualities: Friendly, patient, helpful, calm under pressure, professional appearance.
• Experience: Previous hospitality or customer service experience is often preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
