Job description
Job Summary:
To oversee the smooth operation of the front office department, ensuring exceptional guest service, managing front office staff, and maintaining high standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise and coordinate the operations of various departments, including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, food & beverage, and security.
· Monitor guest feedback from multiple channels and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
· Foster a culture of hospitality excellence and maintain high guest satisfaction scores.
· Maintain safety and hygiene standards across all operations.
· Ability to handle all situations with professionalism and efficiency.
· Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:
· Bachelors degree in hospitality management or a related preferred field.
· Minimum 5-10 years of experience in hotel operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
· Strong knowledge of front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage operations.
· Fluency in English & Tamil and additional languages are an advantage.
Remuneration:
Salary will be provided according to the market standards and previous drawn salary.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
