Job Summary:To oversee the smooth operation of the front office department, ensuring exceptional guest service, managing front office staff, and maintaining high standards of hospitality. Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate the operations of various departments, including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, food & beverage, and security.Monitor guest feedback from multiple channels and implement strategies for continuous improvement.Foster a culture of hospitality excellence and maintain high guest satisfaction scores.Maintain safety and hygiene standards across all operations.Ability to handle all situations with professionalism and efficiency.Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in hospitality management or a related preferred field.Minimum 5-10 years of experience in hotel operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.Strong knowledge of front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage operations.Fluency in English & Tamil and additional languages are an advantage.Remuneration: Salary will be provided according to the market standards and previous drawn salary.
