Hotel Management (Operations) Internship

As an intern at our dog hotel, your role involves being a part of a startup that focuses on building a safe and comfortable environment for dogs. You will work closely with a team of passionate individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional care for dogs. Your responsibilities will include: - Holding morning meetings with the team to discuss the day's schedule, special needs of the dogs, and any issues from the previous day. - Ensuring the health of all dogs, addressing any medical needs, coordinating with the veterinary team if necessary, and greeting arriving clients along with their dogs. - Overseeing feeding and exercise routines, monitoring staff performance, conducting facility inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety, checking inventory levels, supervising training sessions and enrichment activities. - Assisting with check-out procedures, collecting client feedback, updating records and logs, reviewing financial reports, responding to emails and communications, and preparing for the next day's schedule.
