About the job: Key Responsibilities: A. CRM sales data management & client communication: 1. Handling inbound calls, gathering accurate contact details from prospect leads, and recording data and customer interactions in CRM software. 2. Establishing communication and building relationships with leads via calls, messages, emails, and WhatsApp at each stage. 3. Planning and executing a communication strategy to determine touchpoints for effective relationship building. 4. Operating Zoho CRM software and WhatsApp Business API (DoubleTick) for data management and conversational purposes. 5. Creating and managing bookings, appointments, and meetings, concluding sales by offering preferred products to prospects. B. Customer support & communication: 1. Responding to queries/questions on the DoubleTick business API of pet parents, regardless of stage or booking status. 2. Raising tickets for pet parents' requests/issues and communicating with the operations team for resolution. 3. Collecting feedback and sharing with the team. C. Team communication: 1. Communicating appointments, bookings, visits, prospect information, and past communication with the concerned team member responsible for managing bookings. 2. Coordinating with the boarding manager to gather updates on guests' food, well-being, health, and fitness for daily updates to pet parents. 3. Sharing open ticket information and gathering feedback from clients. 4. Driving sales and maintaining client relationships for repeat business. 5. Offering support to ongoing bookings and handling inbound calls regarding services, recording data into CRM software.
