Hotel Management & Diploma Food Production

We are seeking a dynamic individual for the position of Indian COOK Hotel Management & Diploma Food Production Baddi Himachal Pradesh Location, responsible for overseeing daily operations of the hotel while ensuring high standards of guest service and food quality. This role is suitable for candidates with 0-5 years of experience in the Food Production industry.
Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the Food Production including Indian Cook, and food production. Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints promptly. Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations. Assist in the development and implementation of hotel policies and procedures. Manage and train staff to deliver high-quality service. Monitor inventory and manage procurement of supplies. Prepare reports on hotel performance and suggest improvements. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field. Diploma in Food Production or Culinary Arts. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of hotel management software. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
