Hotel Data Loader / Travel Administrator

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Data Loader / Travel Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately loading and maintaining supplier hotel contracts within the company database, ensuring that all information is correct, complete, and up to date. This role plays a key part in supporting the Product and Contracting teams to ensure hotel data is efficiently managed and available for sales and reservations.

Key Responsibilities

•Data Loading: Accurately load and amend supplier hotel contracts onto the company database in line with agreed deadlines.

•Quality Checking: Review and verify data entered by other team members against the original supplier contracts, identifying and correcting any discrepancies or errors.

•Hotel Contract Verification: Ensure all hotel contracts are complete, consistent, and correctly formatted before upload.

•Information Management: Identify any missing or incomplete contracts or information and liaise with the relevant Product Co-Ordinator to resolve.

•Reporting Issues: Notify the Product Manager promptly where missing or incomplete information may impact contract loading deadlines.

Skills and Experience Required

•Proven experience working as an Administrator or Data Loader, ideally within the travel or hospitality industry.

•Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail in handling data and documentation.

•Strong data entry skills with excellent speed and accuracy.

•Ability to interpret supplier contracts and apply relevant terms correctly.

•Good numeracy and analytical skills.

•Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

•Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.

Desirable Attributes

•Experience with travel industry databases or contract loading systems.

•Knowledge of hotel contracting processes or product loading workflows.
