Mass Hiring (100+ Positions) Roles: Associate | Senior Associate Industry: Hospitality / Resort Operations Locations: Rajasthan | Uttarakhand | Tamil Nadu | Kerala Eligibility Education: Diploma in Hotel Management / Diploma in Housekeeping Experience: Associate: Fresher Senior Associate: 1–2 years Language Skills Local language proficiency is mandatory English communication is an added advantage Roles & Responsibilities: Perform daily housekeeping and resort operations activities as per standards Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of guest rooms and public areas Support guest services to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay Follow safety, hygiene, and company SOPs consistently Coordinate with team members and supervisors for smooth operations Handle assigned shifts, including rotational shifts if required Assist in maintaining inventory and reporting operational issues Compensation & Benefits Accommodation provided (₹250/month nominal deduction) Food provided – 3 meals per day Statutory benefits: PF & ESI Shift allowances Overtime pay Performance-based bonuses
