We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Hotel Management Freshers to join our hospitality team. The candidate will assist in day-to-day hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage service, and guest relations, ensuring excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities Assist in front office operations such as check-in, check-out, and guest inquiries Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room readiness and cleanliness Support food & beverage service operations (restaurant, banquet, room service) Handle guest complaints politely and escalate when required Maintain hotel standards, hygiene, and safety protocols Assist senior staff in daily operational activities Ensure guest satisfaction and service excellence
