Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Desktop Support Engineer to join our Cochin team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in desktop and user support, with strong knowledge of cloud platforms, Linux systems, and Office 365 administration. This role involves troubleshooting user issues, ensuring system availability, and maintaining smooth IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals

Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows, Linux, and other operating systems

Manage and support Office 365, including user accounts, email, and licensing

Assist in cloud services setup, configuration, and maintenance (Azure/AWS preferred)

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues

Ensure timely resolution of support tickets and maintain IT documentation

Support end-users on-site and remotely

Requirements:

3-5 years of proven experience in desktop/user support

Strong knowledge of Linux administration and troubleshooting

Hands-on experience with Office 365 management and cloud platforms

Familiarity with basic networking (LAN/WAN, switches, routers)

Good problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications (Preferred):

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

Relevant certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, or Linux-related) will be an advantage

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
