Location: Flagship Jewelry Boutique – South Mumbai
Reports To: Store Manager / Guest Relations Manager

Role Overview

As the Hostess/Greeter, you will be the first point of contact for every guest entering our boutique. You are expected to embody the brand’s elegance, warmth, and professionalism while ensuring every guest feels personally welcomed and valued. This position is key to creating a luxury, high-touch experience from the moment a client enters the store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome and greet all clients and visitors with poise, courtesy, and confidence.
  • Maintain an impeccable appearance and represent the brand’s refined image at all times.
  • Coordinate with sales associates and the guest relations team to ensure seamless client flow and personalized service.
  • Manage the guest waiting area, offering refreshments and ensuring guest comfort.
  • Maintain a record of client arrivals and inform relevant team members promptly.
  • Assist with boutique events, private appointments, and VIP client visits.
  • Provide basic information about collections, promotions, or store facilities when required.
  • Support front-of-house operations and ensure the boutique’s ambiance and cleanliness meet luxury standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: Graduate in Hospitality, Retail Management, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in luxury retail, fine jewelry, hospitality, or high-end customer service.
  • Skills & Attributes:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Polished grooming, etiquette, and body language suitable for a luxury environment.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Confident, graceful, and attentive with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to handle VIP clientele discreetly and professionally.
