Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hostess located in Lucknow. The Hostess will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, handling guest inquiries and phone calls, and maintaining an organized reservations system.

Qualifications

Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
Experience in managing Reservations and Phone Etiquette
Strong Customer Service skills
Ability to work collaboratively with the team
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional hospitality training is a plus
Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
