Hostess

Job Summary:
We are looking for a well-presented and customer-focused Hostess to join our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will create a warm and welcoming first impression, manage guest seating efficiently, and ensure a smooth dining experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly as they arrive and thank them when they leave.
• Manage reservations and waitlists using booking systems or manually.
• Escort guests to tables and provide menus.
• Communicate with the service and kitchen teams to ensure table readiness.
• Monitor the dining area to ensure guest satisfaction and efficient table turnover.
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries regarding the restaurant or reservations.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception/host area.
• Follow hygiene and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Hostess or in customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
