Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a well-presented and customer-focused Hostess to join our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will create a warm and welcoming first impression, manage guest seating efficiently, and ensure a smooth dining experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly as they arrive and thank them when they leave.
Manage reservations and waitlists using booking systems or manually.
Escort guests to tables and provide menus.
Communicate with the service and kitchen teams to ensure table readiness.
Monitor the dining area to ensure guest satisfaction and efficient table turnover.
Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries regarding the restaurant or reservations.
Maintain a clean and organized reception/host area.
Follow hygiene and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Hostess or in customer service is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
