Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hostess at Breeze Residency, located in Tiruchirappalli. The Hostess will be responsible for warmly greeting guests, managing reservations, seating arrangements, answering phone inquiries, and ensuring outstanding customer service standards are met. Additionally, the role involves effective communication with staff and guests to provide a seamless dining or stay experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build rapport with guests
• Proficiency in managing Reservations and handling bookings efficiently
• Exceptional Communication and Phone Etiquette skills
• Experience in providing outstanding Customer Service in a hospitality setting
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with reservation and booking software “WINHMS” is a plus
• Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and national holidays
