Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Guest Service Associate specializing in Food & Beverage Service, Front Office, and Housekeeping. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences by managing guest interactions, addressing inquiries, and providing personalized services in these functional areas. Daily tasks include assisting guests with reservations, maintaining high service standards in food and beverage operations, efficiently handling front desk operations, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in guest rooms and common areas. Collaboration with team members to deliver a seamless and delightful experience for guests is essential in this role. Qualifications Experience in Guest Service to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences. Proficiency in Customer Service and Reservations to manage guest inquiries and ensure seamless bookings. Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining professional service standards. Ability to work in diverse operational areas such as Food & Beverage Service, Front Office, and Housekeeping. Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced hospitality environment and address guest needs in real-time. Previous experience in luxury & lifestyle hotels, restaurants, or similar guest-centric environments is a plus. A diploma or degree in hotel management, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
