Working collaboratively with your team, you will prioritize guest satisfaction and comfort by promptly addressing inquiries and providing positive responses. Taking ownership of your duties, you will execute tasks efficiently and professionally, contributing to the achievement of departmental plans and objectives. In addition to your operational duties, you will be responsible for maintaining effective working relationships, upholding the company's culture and values, and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation. Your commitment to excellence, personal integrity, and ability to work in a dynamic environment will be essential in delivering top-notch service. While prior experience in food & beverage service is beneficial, it is not essential for this role. We are looking for individuals with a hands-on approach, a passion for hospitality, and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving. Strong communication skills and the ability to work with IT systems are also desired qualities in potential candidates.
