Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Hostess to join our team in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and provide top-notch customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, including handling phone calls, emails, and walk-in customers.
Greet guests, answer questions, and address complaints professionally.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
