Job Summary:

We are seeking a well-groomed, articulate, and service-oriented Hostess to be the first point of contact for guests at our Experience Center. As a brand ambassador, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, guiding visitors through the space, and ensuring every guest has a seamless and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome all visitors with warmth and professionalism.
  • Maintain a strong brand presence and uphold the highest standards of customer service.
  • Provide guided introductions to the experience center's zones/products/features.
  • Manage visitor flow and wait times, ensuring an organized and smooth guest journey.
  • Coordinate with different departments (tech/demo staff, sales, service teams) to ensure guests’ needs are met.
  • Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and ambiance of the reception and visitor areas.
  • Handle guest queries, offer beverages or refreshments if applicable.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily visitors and appointments.
  • Assist in event coordination, VIP visits, and other promotional activities hosted in the center.
  • Support basic administrative tasks like appointment confirmations, feedback collection, and call handling.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality / Communications / Event Management or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a front office, hospitality, or luxury retail environment.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-groomed and confident demeanor
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of additional regional/local languages is a plus
  • Customer-centric mindset and problem-solving approach
  • Proficiency with MS Office and front desk software (CRM experience is a plus)

Working Hours:

8 to 9 hours, 6 days a week

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
