Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hostess located in Dera Bassi. The Hostess will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Daily tasks include answering phone calls, maintaining the reservation system, and providing exceptional customer service. The Hostess will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.

Qualifications

Strong Interpersonal Skills and excellent Communication skills
Experience with Reservations management and Phone Etiquette
Proven Customer Service skills
Ability to maintain a positive and welcoming demeanor
Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
